Arizona Polymer Flooring is Now Part of ICP Construction
Acquisition to bring APF and Super-Krete® Products more manufacturing capabilities and technologies that ultimately benefit customers
ICP Construction, a division of Innovative Chemical Products Group (the ICP Group), proudly announces it acquired Arizona Polymer Flooring as part of a concerted effort to offer customers a greater range of products, resources and industry-leading solutions while continuing APF’s long-standing commitment to innovation, product safety, environmental stewardship and overall service.
APF acquired Super-Krete® Products in 2016. Since then, APF has enhanced the product line and accompanying level of service. Advancements will continue under the ICP Construction umbrella.
ICP is a leading specialty chemical company in the coatings, adhesives, sealants and elastomers (CASE) markets. APF will now be strategically integrated into ICP’s Construction Division, joining other top brands such as California Paints, FixALL, Storm System, Fiberlock, Dry-Treat, California Sports Surfaces and Rock-Tred.
APF and Super-Krete® Products customers will not experience any interruptions in product, service or change in operations. Rather, they will benefit from the new resources and expertise brought by ICP. The complementary operations and product focuses create great opportunities to add new technologies and products, as well as provide additional manufacturing capabilities.
APF customers can continue to rely on the same products and systems they have trusted for more than 30 years. Leadership, including previous owners Daniel and Leane Owen, as well as the technical and sales representatives, will also remain on board and committed to customer service and innovation, now more than ever.
