Thomas Briggs serves as a Technical Sales Representative for ICP Construction’s flooring division. In this role, he works with contractors and architects to identify the best flooring systems for their specific needs, providing ongoing technical support throughout the installation process.
A strong communicator who values long-term relationships, Thomas began his career in the floor coatings industry in 1999, transitioning to hazardous industrial drilling in 2008. During that time, he completed two contracts in the Bering Sea on the M/V Stellar Sea.
Thomas has worked on a variety of industrial flooring projects throughout his career, including Hilton Hotels, Embassy Suites, the Raptor Reef Water Park in Hayden, ID and Charles Schwab. In 2001, he oversaw a team that installed flooring as part of Las Vegas’s Freemont Street extension, which included Neonopolis, a 250,000 square foot shopping mall.
Thomas earned his MSHA certification in 2009 from Eastern Washington University. He earned his ACI certification in 2004. He also serves as a researcher for Protect My Idaho, a grassroots nonprofit that contributes to factual public records research. His research is broadcast on the organization’s radio show, Watchman Wednesday, on KYMS 89.9 FM.
